• Ensure production processes align with internal procedures, GMP, and safety standards
• Prepare and review SOPs, ensuring team implementation and training
• Oversee activities for new product launches within your unit
• Coordinate validation processes, providing necessary resources
• Contribute to process optimization through data and resource management
• Monitor production plans, handle deviations, and manage resources
• Ensure compliance with GMP, internal rules, and safety standards
• Prepare your unit for inspections and represent it during audits
• Collaborate with employees in related positions within subsidiaries
• Execute tasks from your superior in a timely and professional manner

Your profile :

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Production Engineering, or secondary education with 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience in production, operations, and GMP compliance
• Team leadership skills and efficient organizational operation
• Knowledge of management principles in strategic planning and resource allocation
• English knowledge in written and spoke
• Effective communication and collaboration
• Understanding of GMP and safety regulations
• Familiarity with biotechnological operations
