Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Admissions Counselor - Online/Distance Education. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding and supporting prospective students through the admissions process for online and distance education programs. They will provide information about the programs, assist with application requirements, and help students navigate the enrollment process. The Admissions Counselor will also collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll qualified students.

* Experience working in admissions or student services
* Knowledge of online and distance education programs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
* Experience with CRM systems and data management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A female candidate with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Admissions counselling in Education & Training Industry is preferred.
