Objectives of this role:
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving.
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive.
· Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations.
· Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it Students feedback, or queries.
· Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role.
· Update students about new launches and record reactions to new products.
· Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive.
· Liaise with the concerned department regarding student’s queries and complaints.
Required skills:
- 1 year prior experience working as a telesales executive, Like : MBA, BBA, MCA Students or in a similar role.
- Job Type : Full Time
- Female Candidates Only.
- Salary for Exp. – 15,000 – 25,000 & Incentives
- Salary for Fresher – 10,000 – 12,000 & Incentives
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
- Adept knowledge of working with MS Office.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding negotiation and time management skills.
