As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, and providing support to buyers and sellers on our e-commerce platform. Additionally, the Telemarketing Executive will assist sellers in obtaining bank loan assistance for working capital. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and growing company in the e-commerce industry. Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our e-commerce platform and services.
2. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
3. Provide assistance and support to buyers and sellers on the e-commerce platform, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
5. Assist sellers in obtaining bank loan assistance for working capital, providing guidance and facilitating the application process.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and onboarding processes in the CRM system.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Job Description Telemarketing Executive 2 Qualifications - Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service roles preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets. - Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is a plus. - Knowledge of banking and financial services, particularly related to working capital loans, is advantageous. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and client management. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business-related fields is a plus.
Working Conditions - Position: Telemarketing Executive - Outbound Sales and Client Onboarding - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off) - Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Location: Kotturpuram, Chennai 600085 - This position may require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs.
