Telesales Representative Freshers

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products/services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver a scripted or customized sales pitch that highlights the value proposition of our products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any queries or concerns.
- Closing Sales: Achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals over the phone and processing orders accurately.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve business goals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
