Job Description
As a Healthcare Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of healthcare services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around updating crucial data in our system and providing comprehensive information regarding our products, services, and associated benefits.
Responsibilities:-
➢ Maintain accurate customer data.
➢ Provide comprehensive product/service information.
➢ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
➢ Collaborate with internal teams for effective communication.
➢ Stay updated on healthcare industry trends.
➢ Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements and skills:- ● Proficient in English and at least any one regional language (Bengali, Telugu, Gujarati)
