Hiring for HR Recruiter

· CTC-up to 3 IPA (depends on interview)
· pickup & drop facility from Thane station to Office
Roles & responsibilities
· Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
· Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
· Should have hands-on experience of using Naukri, indeed, link din, monster & other free Recruitment portal.
· Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
· Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
