Looking for an HR Recruiter in a reputed educational consultancy firm
Salary: Rs.13,000 - Rs.16,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced individuals who are passionate about their career in Human Resources. The HR Recruiter will assist in the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a keen interest in recruitment, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various job portals and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in core recruitment/ bulk hiring.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms is a plus.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
