Human Resource Executive

Ø Talent Acquisition
· Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
· Handle overall recruitment and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines.
· Sourcing the Candidate from the Naukri.com, Indeed, Quikr, Work India portals and social Apps like Apna App, Job Hai App, Whats App and social sites i.e. Linked In, Facebook etc.
· Screening profiles according to the job description & job specifications.
· Conducting interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates.
· On-boarding of new employees and their Joining formalities including maintaining of the Personnel file, bank account opening and statutory requirement.
· Responsible for taking induction programs for new joiners and making them well versed with the organization's policy and procedures.
· Ensuring new joiner data is complete in HRMS, allotting e codes, generating their offer letter appointment letters.
· Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.

Ø Compensation and Benefits:
· To assist the employees in availing the ESIC benefits and PF queries.
· Filling the PF & ESIC forms (along with family photographs) of those who are eligible.
· Generation ESIC no & PF no new employees for every month.
· Submit the ESIC & PF Challan on monthly basis.
· Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
· Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, leave encasement etc.
· Handling the full and final settlement of resigned employees along with exit interview.
· PF / ESIC / Other statutory compliance related to labour/employees. This would include, documentation, returns, addition, deletion, maintenance of registers, online entries, cards, talking to employees and give them the most cost-effective solutions, resolving their issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
