Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee development for our sales and operations teams. The HR Manager will play a key role in identifying top talent, ensuring smooth onboarding, and fostering a positive work environment for our growing team. The ideal candidate is dynamic, highly organized, and passionate about building teams that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales and operations roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and platforms.
Employee Onboarding:
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Develop onboarding materials and training programs for sales and operations teams.
HR Strategy & Operations:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and plan for staffing needs.
  • Assist in defining career development paths for employees.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage performance reviews and provide guidance on employee performance issues.
Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to improve skills, especially for the operations and sales teams.
  • Organize regular employee training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for sales and operational roles is a must.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Other:
  • Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
