• Perform the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments.
• Prepare and present technical reports, summaries, and protocols.
• Work closely with other Home and Personal Care (HPC) Application & R&D Labs.
• Conduct process safety management (PSM) of new equipment, maintaining SDS & Safety of Lab.

• Bachelor`s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Bio Engineering, Agriculture Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in detergent, surfactant or chemical industry, preferably in an R&D or Technical Support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proactive and self-starting personality.
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
