Area manager plays a very important and specified role in pharmaceutical sales. He is the first person who is directly in touch with a medical representative ( MR ). He is the 1st trainer of MR. Every MR finds an ideal person in his manager. So, a manager should be smart, bold, energetic, and predictable, have problem-solving skills, adaptability, the ability to work on a team, team coordination, team motivation, and respect for leaders and co-workers.
As an Area Sales Manager in pharma sales, your role involves overseeing and managing sales activities within a specific geographic area or territory.
