Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our New Delhi location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the gases industry and related products.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales roles within the gases industry is a strong advantage.
