Responsibilities:
To develop and maintain Channel Partners/Dealers for Sale of RADON branded Sanitary and Building / Construction related Products including Bathroom Vanities, Tiles etc.
Building robust network & maintaining relationships with Bathroom and Sanitary Stores in the assigned area.
Generate commercial and resedential sales leads from market.
Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets if required.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients from market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and interior designers.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and sales forecasts.
