Head of Sales (Modular Kitchen & wardrobes)

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in modular kitchens and wardrobes.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with clients.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the modular kitchen and wardrobe industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe designs and products.
Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities with industry professionals and clients.
