- To insure environmental ,health and safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedure are adhered

- Overall Equipment Efficiency
- In-process PPM
- Process Optimization
- Cost of Poor Quality
- Disposal of Scrap
- WIP / Inventory Management
- Successor Development
- Zero NCR
- Safety
- Daily sales adherence
- Operational budget adherence
- Accountable for the stock in WIP
- Internal rework & rejection
- Plant assets (operational only)
- System adherence in process
- Skill Employees retain
- Accountable for plant 5 S
- Authenticity of data providing to the management
