JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
We are looking for an Operations Executive to improve our supply chain operations and analyze supply chain procedures, recommending and implementing improvements, and determining supply chain KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:

• Generating Order Acknowledgement for the received orders and updating the clients on a regular basis about the status of their orders.
• Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
• Planning delivery timetables and overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
• Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
• Overseeing arrival of shipments and preparing necessary documentation for the dispatch of the material.
• Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
• Control and verify stock discrepancies.
• Any other related responsibilities.

• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and to handle challenging work demands and tight schedules.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Respond promptly and honour commitments to internal and external customers.
• Meticulous and keen eye for details.
• Excellent Operational Mindset

Education/Experience Required:

• B.tech/Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Mechanical
• 0-2 years Experience in Instrumentation Products
