Crisil has assigned Arka a rating of AA (-) for the long-term borrowings and A1 (+) for the short-term borrowings.

Arka is currently present in 17 cities across West, South and North regions in India and has 300+ employees across all branches.

Job Description

Verification of all key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest Rate etc.) sanctioned v/s executed Verification of all key deal terms, pre-sanction and pre-disbursement conditions prior to circulation of disbursement memo to all stakeholders as per defined approval matrix

Verification of legal & security documents as per the pre-defined checklist and policies / processes

Verification of KYC documents and ensure is in compliance with RBI guidelines and Company Policy

Verification of compliance of sanction conditions

Disbursements in the loan management system. Checks disbursement entry initiation in system and processing of transaction with nil errors

Ensures online reconciliation of transaction and no issues / open items pending

Manages Post disbursal disbursement tracking, updation and System entries and dispatch to Storage

Banking of cheques / NACH on due dates

Prevention of revenue leakage (i.e. collection of processing fees or any other fees stipulated in sanction)

Registration of Charge with CERSAI (Security Perfection)

Insurance Tracking

Ensuring all the executed Documents are scanned and then sent to Storage with the Storage Vendor i.e. Responsible for Custodian of disbursement related documents

Ensuring compliance of Dispatch Process, Data Maintenance, Document Retention Process, etc.

Responsible for timely resolution of customer requests, queries and complaints
