About Us
Arka has a borrowing of Rs. 2265 Cr from public sector units (PSUs), large private banks, small finance banks, fund houses and others. The AUM stands at Rs. 3960 Cr with the retail AUM increasing to 29%. (All these statistics are as of March 2023)
Crisil has assigned Arka a rating of AA (-) for the long-term borrowings and A1 (+) for the short-term borrowings.
Arka is currently present in 17 cities across West, South and North regions in India and has 300+ employees across all branches.
Arka is a subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL).
Job Description
- Apply and suggest improvements in credit and underwriting policies & processes, infrastructure, development, and deployment of underwriting models.
- Conduct portfolio study of the outstanding advances portfolio, Lead credit tightening initiatives to keep delinquencies under control while maintaining a balanced view of business profitability across various products in the given zone.
- Maintain and update credit risk strategy and policy by continuous analysis of business and collection trends, risk assessment & mitigation thereof.
- Reviews credit policies with business goals while being up-to date on competition policies & practices.
- Prepare Risk & Credit Decks on monthly basis for a specific zone.
- Develop strong internal and external relationships
- Responsible for ensuring sound understanding of credit policy across all relevant levels, in the team.
- Product knowledge at market level & market segmentation, is necessary.
