Assistant Manager - Value Creation at Rishra

Job Purpose:
To ensure robust pipeline for new products developments, application development for value added products / specialty products. Responsible for driving the product innovation and commercialization.
Key Accountabilities:
Supporting Actions
Drive New product/application launch based on extensive Market Intelligence
- Build New product Development system encompassing filters for selection based on Sales potential, Production feasibility and differentiated proposition.
Drive engagement with value chain partners – weavers and knitters and develop a pipeline of quality partners both as customers and suppliers
- Develop potential partners across key sourcing markets and as per new products required
- Formulation of accreditation program and Roll out to value chain partners
Lead engagement with Global Brands & Retailers for DT products
- Managing calendar for representation to Brands – build communication and drive annual engagement to support the sales team.
- Partnering with select B&Rs.
Increase usage of DT products by seeding new market segments.
- Drive volumes and value by continuously developing new segments
Develop communications and engagement programs to drive market penetration for specialty products / VAPs
- Increase in sale of VAP products from new customers / existing customers
Qualifications:
