What You’ll Be Doing:
The Associate Director for the Tech Legal team onsite at our Corporate Center in Indianapolis plays a critical role in collaborating with Legal colleagues and enterprise Tech teams to set strategy, allocate resources, enable delivery of the innovation portfolio, and optimize delivery of technical services. The position holds direct accountability for the Global Tech Legal team and is responsible for developing a highly engaged, high performing, collaborative team culture. The position also serves as the primary point of contact between Tech and Legal colleagues.

Collaborating with Tech enterprise teams.

Simplifying and optimizing operations.
Your Basic Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-
At least 3 years of prior supervisory experience in IT solution delivery.
-
Experience developing and executing transformation strategies.
What You Should Bring:
-
Experience with delivering projects on the cloud (Microsoft Azure or AWS).
-
General skills in employee coaching and development.
-
Experience with project planning, execution, implementation, and support.
-
Experience developing budgets, forecasts and demonstrated ability to manage to financial plans.
-
Prior experience managing multi-vendor relationships.
-
Experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
-
Experience leading or influencing complex business outcomes.
-
Be a self-starter with experience driving through areas of ambiguity.
-
Experience presenting, communicating complex concepts, and influencing across varying levels of leadership and experience levels.
-
Experience delivering in a high-production, deadline driven environment.
-
Demonstrated success working effectively with external suppliers and vendors.
Other Considerations:

This is hybrid position in Indianapolis. You will onsite 3 days a week
