Role Purpose Statements


This role, will be responsible for supporting different Transformation initiatives in different finance & Commercial space. The successful candidate will require collaboration with multiple functions to understand and support derive solutions to sustainable and efficient execution of solution.


Main Accountabilities

• Lead / support key transformation initiatives
• Analyze processes, complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
• Support solution design / due-diligence efforts for transformation programs
• Create detailed implementation project plans with timelines and ownerships.
• Provide support in process transitions and work on process stabilization, have well defined control process, SOPs and KPIs.
• Align with multiple stakeholders to manage the program deliverables.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience as a core transformation person driving various global initiatives.
• Long-term visioning and planning for transitions.
• Setting clear goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
• Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills.
• Managing resources, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and best practice.
• Knowledge in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred
• Ability to provide high quality level of customer service to internal & external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.
• Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of European languages added advantage.
• Strong problem solving & organization skills.
• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in working with SAP system.

Education and Experience

• Graduation in Finance with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of proven experience, with at least 3-4 years of experience as a core transformation person driving global initiatives.
• Domain expertise in Finance Transformations.
• Prior experience of working in different countries & geographies would be an added advantage.
• Commercial and financial acumen with a fair understanding of impact of failure in terms of business cost and customer satisfaction
