Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. Indus Parking Services takes care of the entire parking enforcement process. We also provide Operation Support to Euro Parking Services.
We are looking for a proactive Associate Recruiter who will be responsible to provide the support to UK team for their HR Services majorly on recruitments.
As an Associate Recruiter your responsibilities will include:

• Engages with the support team, which handles on-boarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate database.
• Responsible for providing assistance on End to End recruitment cycle.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the UK team and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
• Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

The ideal candidate working as an Associate Recruiter will display:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience of working in recruitment.
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and to prioritize your workload.
• Should be result and target oriented.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
