Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

• Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them
• Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
A qualified Chartered Accountant with Mcom and CFA Level 1 candidate with 1+ year of experience in financial due diligence..
Experience
3 years articleship experience from mid sized audit firm. Further, 1+ year of post qualification experience in financial due diligence in one of the big 4.
