Asst sales Manager Rewards

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team, specialising in selling rewards and incentive solutions to businesses across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping companies drive employee engagement and customer loyalty through effective reward programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for reward and incentive programs.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities. This would include attending exhibitions or rewards/ incentives related conferences.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored reward solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s reward products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, demonstrating the value and ROI of reward programs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of reward programs.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards sales targets to the sales manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the rewards, incentives, or related industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
