RTX is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to work in our Intelligent Automations Program.

The Business Analyst is responsible for collaboration with business stakeholders to understand business processes and define automation solutions. The role supports the delivery lifecycle while gathering detailed requirements and designs the workflow of the automation. Reports to the Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with process owners and Process Experts to analyze, observe, and understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications
  
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to alter or re-engineer processes to fit the automation solution, if required
  
• Develop detailed exception scenarios with business / data exceptions that bot design needs to incorporate
  
• Manage and facilitate resolution of issues and risks across multiple interdependent automations, if any
  
• Create detailed solution designs, documenting processes with the required information to serve as the guide for automation development
  
• Create test scripts for QA and UAT and gain signoff from business stakeholders
  
• Support technical teams during bot development and liaise between delivery team and Process Experts throughout the implementation lifecycle
  
• Participate in daily scrum calls with delivery team for each process
  
• Facilitate collection of test data
  
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers to ensure that project milestones are met, and deliverables are on track.
  

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in designated business areas
  
• Experience in process mapping or process re-engineering
  
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  
• Experience leading discussions with business and IT stakeholders
  
• Knowledge and understanding of requirements analysis, process design, test planning, and test case design
  
• Familiarity with Automation technologies (Blue Prism) preferred
  
• Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology preferred
