Job Overview:
Avis Hospitals is looking for a proactive and versatile B2B Marketing to join our team. This role involves a combination of strategic marketing activities, fieldwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both B2B and B2C sales, generating leads, and managing Service sales across various channels. The role also includes conducting the free medical camps in the local areas for all over the katakana region.
· Field Work & Client Engagement: Regularly visit locations to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and provide on-site support for marketing initiatives.
· Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all market, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
· Campaign Management: Execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote The services, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
· Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, Patient behavior, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
· Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local doctors/ surgeon/RMP doctors, patients ensuring high levels of engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Marketing and Sales or in a similar role, with a focus on fieldwork, event management, and sales.
· Strong understanding B2C sales processes, lead generation, and product sales.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Willingness to travel to locations and manage on-site activities..
Compensation:
20,000 to 45,000 per month + travel allowances.
