### Job Title: Branch Manager

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kerala branch.
**Job Summary:**
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the Kerala branch, ensuring the efficient production and distribution of our banana chips. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, operations management, and team leadership. This role requires someone who is results-driven, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can drive the branch towards achieving its sales and production targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operations Management:**
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand while maintaining high product quality.
- **Sales and Marketing:**
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers.
- **Financial Management:**
- Manage the branch’s budget, including cost control and financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service:**
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality and timely delivery.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- **Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the branch.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of3 years of experience in a management role within the food industry, preferably in snack or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of food production processes and quality control standards.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
