Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is located in Coimbatore and Chennai and requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in boosting our sales and expanding our market reach.
Qualifications and Skills

Sales experience (Mandatory skill)
B2B sales experience (Mandatory skill)
B2C sales experience (Mandatory skill)
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently
Proficiency in market research to identify new business opportunities
Effective relationship-building skills to maintain and grow customer base
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective dialogues
Capability to perform product demos and explain technical concepts clearly to clients

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target them
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos to potential customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies
Meet sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals
Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to clients
