Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Support Intern to join our team at Aura Global India in Mumbai. As a Sales and Support Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Managing sales, support, and customer service tasks
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our civil software products and services
