Civil Site Engineer

Job descriptionAs a Site Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that construction projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective measures
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop and implement construction plans and schedules
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, offering solutions to engineering challenges and ensuring the use of best practices
- Monitor and manage quality control measures to ensure that workmanship meets company standards and client expectations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment for all personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in project management software and tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred)
total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Industrial Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
