Our hiring managers will be available to conduct on-site qualifying interview for Delivery Drivers, Customer Account Advisors and Customer Account Manager positions. In addition, on site interviews will also be conducted for Sales Managers and Customer Service Representatives. Appropriate business casual attire is preferred and be prepared to speak with a manager on site about your experience. Delivery Driver (no CDL required) - As a Delivery Driver, you'll serve as Aaron's ambassador, upholding our commitment to excellence by working directly with our customers in a professional manner while delivering top quality products and services. You will receive expert training on all the latest model products from electronics to furniture to appliances. Additional responsibilities include merchandise handling, such as: loading, securing, delivering, set up, troubleshooting and demonstrating. Reviewing lease agreements with the customer is occasionally required
Customer Account Managers - As a Customer Account Manager, you will be essential in helping our customers achieve ownership by providing individualized attention in managing the customer accounts department (responsible for customer renewal payments) and achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages. Additional Customer Account Managers help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates and acting as key holder in the store manager's absence. At Aaron's, you are making a difference; your dedicated attention to each customer helps bring the closer to our mutual goal of ownership.
Customer Account Advisors - As a Manager Trainee or Customer Account Advisor, you will have the opportunity to learn the various responsibilities in our business to help build a foundation for a management career at Aaron's! You are primarily responsible for assisting the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals. In addition, you support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates.
Customer Service Representatives - As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in the success of the store through: in-store sales, telephone sales, direct marketing, new customer growth & renewal payment processing. Additionally, our Customer Service Representatives ensure showroom floors are well-maintained and provide a warm, friendly environment for our customers.
Sales Managers - As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in the team's success by managing the store's sales and marketing function. With the goal of bringing our customers one step closer to ownership, you will help drive performance in: telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth and service programs as well as store merchandising. Successful Sales Managers understand long-lasting customer relationships are about FIRST names and building trust.
