Job Description:
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and addressing customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Additionally, you will utilize your marketing skills to effectively promote our company on Linked In and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Develop and implement Linked In marketing strategies to promote our company’s profiles and services.
• Share and engage with our company’s content on Linked In and connect with potential clients.
• Create and schedule posts to increase visibility and engagement on Linked In.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on the effectiveness of Linked In marketing efforts.
• Provide regular updates and insights on customer feedback and marketing performance to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in marketing, with hands-on experience in Linked In marketing and profile management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in customer relationship management and marketing.
