Job Description:-

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with scheduling test drives, service appointments, and other requests.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to address and resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Inform customers of service updates, recalls, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Update customer information in the database as necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
