We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Coimbatore
Your goal will be to help us service our sales team on field and our customers.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support Clients' business needs
• Schedule regular meetings with Customers and internal team to Ensure they are Satisfied
• Act as Point of Contact for complaints and queries from the customer.
• Help the team Up-Sell or Cross-Sell services and products
• Collaborate with Internal teams (E.G. Sales, Planning, Senior Management) to address Customers' needs.
• Invoice , Report and MIS preparation mandatory

Requirements

• 12th or any higher education
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills _knowledge of Excel, word etc is mandatory
• Experience: freshers/ 0-1 experience can apply
• Permanent job and Day shift only.
