Job Description for Lead Generation (Executive) Role
Responsibilities
● Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
● Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
● Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
● Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
● Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
● Should have previous experience in Renewals and upselling
Requirements:

• HSC/Graduate Fresher
• Good communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working from the office.
• Immediate Joiner.

Shift Timings: 9.30 to 7:00 PM, Sunday fixed off.
