We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Utilize computer systems to manage customer data and document interactions accurately.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping in the office system.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not required.
- A proactive approach to learning new systems and processes is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.12 - $25.16 per hour
