Mission :
Ø Manage Automation and Open IT function in MDC India
Ø Responsible for All automation needs of MDC projects
Ø Work on Conversion of Legacy MES to STD MES ( Manufacturing Execution System ) Existing Lines/Process for Region
Ø Ensure all New Projects/Lines/ Machines are launched with STD MES inbuilt within region
Ø Train and Develop Resources on development of STD MES Applications within Region.
Ø Work with Open IT/MDC teams on PMS Enhancements and Connections with Other Digital Tools

Automation Skills

PLC , HMI Programming

Complex test bench programming – NI Labview , Test stand

Robot / COBOT programming experience

Programming Vision systems

Configuring electrical elements , drives , measuring instruments etc.

Industrial Networking and communication means

Lead automation team

Project management Skills

Align each location execution plan with global roadmap.

Plan the detailed Implementation activities

Follow up with team for execution roadmap

Identify the risks in project and mitigate it.

Integration with different stockholders (Plant, Central team, MDC Team + Open IT Team Interactions) for smooth execution on project

PMS Skills

PMS Data & Web UI Server installation & configuration

PMS Runtime Server installation & configuration

PMS Line/Workstation setup

Product/Recipe configuration in PMS

PMS Database Server with MS SQL (follow PMS standard architecture)

Magiles HMI/i PC(for WI display) with Vijeo Designer runtime license

Auto/Semi-auto process PLC&HMI (M340/M580)

Test machine PLC&HMI/PC Programming & Debugging

Manual assembly station PLC & HMI configuration & debugging

Manual assembly station hardware integration/debugging in PLC (sensor, screwdriver,

scanner….)

PMS Qualification

Technical recipe, Rework Management, Golden Dummy Sample

Standard Manual Assembly Station HMI Template

IT-OT Connection- Pick Lights, PLC, Programming, Connected SE Products

Cybersecurity Rules

PLC Programming, Ladder, SFC, ST, FBD etc.

Additional Knowledge

All necessary documents (technical specification, BOM, technical data, material

Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

MS Visual Studio, ASP.NET

Extensive experience with OPC Unified Architecture platform

Strong knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, Profibus)

Strong PLC programming (Control Expert, Machine Expert)

Familiar with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)

Data Analysis

AWS/On-Premium Server Details

Ensure the CTP CTQs of machines and testers are captured and pushed to cloud/Sever.

PY /JD dashboard creation, Traceability tools implementation.

PMS Connections & Enhancements

PMS Connection with Infra- Laser, Vision Applications, Label Printing Applications, Scanning Systems etc

PMS Connection- LDS, MCA, i TAC, SRT etc Eco Applications through API

Component Traceability- GS1 Label and Interconnection inside MES

Operator Traceability- LDS Versality connection

Qualifications

Education : Diploma / Bachelors – EEE / EC/ Computers/Mechatronics
Working exp :13 to 16 Years
MES Applications, PLC, Process Automation
Read / Write / Speak in English (Required)
