Job Description

???Installation and configuration of Informatica Power Center and other related products

???Setting up all the prerequisites required to have the Informatica Power Center setup in a server

???Work with infrastructure teams to ensure to create an effective operating environment

???Day to day administration activities like user creation, folder creation, configuring DB connection

???Creating new repositories from scratch, backup and restore

???Liaise with Systems Administrators, UNIX, Network and DBAs, scheduling and implementing software patches and upgrades

???Perform regression testing and review the overall upgrade or setup

???Handle day to day Informatica components migration tasks

???Root Cause analysis for ETL job failures/Data issues raised by business

???Mentored and monitored development teams with regular calls on the commonly raised issues and propose permanent fixes

???Experience in automation of monitoring Informatica environments using UNIX, pmrep, pmcmd and other Informatica command line language

? Support development teams with performance tuning and troubleshooting issues

? INC/Remedy Ticket handling and problem ticket analysis
