Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at Reelay Ecommerce India Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Specialist in Marketplace Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various ecommerce platforms such as Flip Kart, Myntra and Jiomart.
Key Responsibilities:-
Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on various ecommerce platforms.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.
Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Product and Content Optimization: Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, content creation, and enhancement.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and other key metrics.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Responsible to maintain the order processing, dispatching on time and Returns Maintenance.
Qualifications:-
Experience: Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in ecommerce, specifically in marketplace operations.
Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms
Ability to analyze data and trends to drive sales
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Skills:-
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Flip Kart, Myntra and Jiomart etc.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
