Our client is looking for an Events Assistant (PR & Branded Events) in Indianapolis who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by possessing in-depth knowledge of all products offered and collaborating with co-workers to deliver excellent sales service.
• Sales and Customer Experience: Responsible for delivering sales targets, providing an outstanding customer experience, and meeting operational expectations.
• Goal-Oriented: Maintaining personal and productivity goals to drive performance and contribute to the team's success.
• Customer Engagement: Actively engaging with customers by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously learning and sharing expertise about products and industry trends to meet customer demands.
