We are looking for Executive Assistant (EA) to Director Key skills required as below
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
· Must be self-motivator, having skills of multi-tasking, flexibility, time management
· Must be swift learning, ready to learn new things.
· Should have Knowledge of administration | documentation | travel booking | secretarial Activities | office administration.
· For customer outstanding payment follow up, EMD & BG follow up, returnable materials documentation etc.
· To manage other personal & social work of directors.
· To manage admin work of the company as given from time to time.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
Language:
Should be fluent in spoken, reading, writing in English & Gujrati.
