ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES at SHUBH GEMS (Shubh Gems.com)
- Sales & Customer Support to website & In-store visitors.
- Handle customer's queries on Live-chat
- Providing Buying Assistance to website visitors, Walk-in Customers & follow up with Potential clients
- Telephonic Communication with domestic & international customers
- Sharing Product Catalog & other details with customers on Email & Whats App.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in Luxury or Lifestyle segment products (Cars, jewellery, Hotel, Watches etc) would be a Plus.
Good Communication Skills, Good command over English and Hindi.
The Candidate should be located in New Delhi or nearby areas (for the purpose of commute).
Office Timings - 11AM - 7PM (Tuesday to Sunday), Monday Holiday
