An established Ceiling restoration services company with over 25 years in
Business is seeking a full time, experienced outside B to B salesperson
The base salary is $42,000 to $50,000 based on experience plus commissions, no cap on earnings. The earnings paid last year for salary and commissions were $75,000.00.
New business development is very important to the successful completion of the responsibilities for this position. The ability to move an opportunity from cold call to close is essential.
In this position longer sales cycles are a part of the responsibilities. Compensation is provided for completion of performance gates prior to a contract close with the long-term prospects. Commissions are paid as well on these deals.(optional)
The types of CPI customers and prospects are: commercial/industrial prospects, school corporations, property management organizations, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing, and facility managers
The ability to effectively communicate with project management and team members is essential. Required physical capabilities to perform this job are the ability to scale a ladder to demonstrate ceiling cleaning, sample track cover installation, and assess ceiling conditions for quoting estimates.
The market areas served are the state of Indiana and adjoining areas outside Indiana within roughly 2 ½ hours..
Preferred applicant experience would be in selling bottled water, water dispensers,
office equipment, medical products, industrial products, office supplies, industrial MRO and construction products.
