We are seeking a proactive and dynamic On-Field Marketing Executive to join our team at Trend Works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness and generating leads through direct engagement with potential clients in various locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and a deep understanding of the coworking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Marketing and Outreach:
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote Trend Works’ coworking spaces.
- Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and promotional items at strategic locations and events.
- Engage with potential clients in the field, providing comprehensive information about our coworking offerings and benefits. Facilitate client interest by sharing the company profile and inviting them for a centre tour to showcase our workstations and facilities.
- Identify and target potential clients through on-field activities.
- Collect and record lead information for follow-up and conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured and converted.
- Represent Trend Works at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Network with industry professionals, consultants to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Organize and participate in local events to promote our coworking spaces.
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for promotion
- Collaborate with the sales, BD and digital marketing teams to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, lead generation, and market insights.
- Relevant experience of 2-4 years in the role of field marketing or outreach coordinator.
- Experience in client engagement, lead generation, and promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about meeting new people.
Schedule:
- Day shift
