Annalect India is seeking a Finance Specialist (FP&A) with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. Qualifications:

You will be working closely with

Global Finance Leaders / members of agency Finance Team and will have responsibilities to achieve group goals with respect to Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Working Capital, and accounting support.

This may be the right role for you if you have

• Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 6-8 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory).
• Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
• Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Flexibility to take up different assignenments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
• Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Media Ocean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
