Generative AI Lead Engineer
Lead the development of generative AI models and algorithms for various applications in the field of information technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using generative AI. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and implement them in the development process. Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of generative AI models and algorithms. Create technical documentation and presentations to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Mentor and train junior engineers on generative AI concepts and best practices.
This position reports into the Technology Director and is based in the region.

What You Will Do
The Generative AI Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the development of generative AI models and algorithms for various applications in the field of information technology. This role supports business growth objectives by driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of generative AI models and algorithms for various applications in the field of information technology.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using generative AI.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and implement them in the development process.

• Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of generative AI models and algorithms.

• Create technical documentation and presentations to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor and train junior engineers on generative AI concepts and best practices.

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in developing generative AI models and algorithms.

• Strong programming skills in Python, Tensor Flow, and Py Torch.

• Experience with deep learning architectures such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications
Desired Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
