What you will do
The Generative AI Solutions Architect is responsible for leading large, moderate to complex projects, programs or initiatives across the franchise or enterprise, managing relationships across all I/T, legal, finance, and the impacted Business I/T areas, and balancing between I/T standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. As a Manager, you will provide leadership, mentorship, or guidance to others and manage vendors necessary to complete a project:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generative AI solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with the company's overall strategy.

• Design solutions that balance out speed with enterprise scalability and find appropriate solutions that fit the purpose

• Lead a team of AI professionals to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions and drive innovation.

• Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on the benefits and limitations of generative AI solutions.

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and technology roadmaps

• Manage relationships across all I/T, legal, finance, and the impacted Business I/T areas

• Provide mentorship and guidance to others

• Formulate innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes and systems

• Ensure compliance requirements are met within scope of responsibility

• Solve complex or unusual problems in consideration of the potential impacts

• Negotiate the needs of multiple users or business partners

• Balance between I/T standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.

• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Comprehensive knowledge of fundamentals and operating principles of architecture

• In-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and business processes

• Ability to manage business partner expectations at a senior level

• Experience in managing vendors necessary to complete a project

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Qualifications
Desired Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.

• Masters or Ph D in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Expertise in current and future technology architecture, including the interoperability of technologies

• Specialized software knowledge in AI development and architecture

• Experience in leading and managing large-scale AI projects

• Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a variety of industries

• Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for complex business problems
