- Lead the BI & Analytics team/ data factory to build VIBS business dashboards, trends and management reports to facilitate monitoring of business performance
- Drive weekly business governance with the segment/ sub-segment/ cluster teams ; facilitate resolution of common concerns and close loop with the business teams to address operational issues
- Drive sales incentive computation and administration nationally till payroll intimation
- Facilitate helpdesk for sales team/ channel support on sales ops/ automation related issues
- Business Forecasting on a regular cadence including reasons for deviation
- Budgeting for all business KPI’s - Segment/sub-segment/ cluster/circle-wise in conjunction with the segment/cluster teams
- Analyze and identify key business trends and gaps in forecasting and share insights with the management along with reasons.
- Identify best practises & areas of concerns and ensure sharing of the same/ resolution by relevant functions during the business governance sessions
- Business Performance metrics – dash boarding & analytics through study of multiple system reports/ data sources and validated feedback from operations team during business governance sessions
- Identify key factors and data points influencing Enterprise Business to aid management decision making.
- Generate insights into channel and field team productivity and identify best practices/areas of improvement.
- Do Impact Analysis of any changes in the business methodology ; collaborate with Business Reporting and IT teams to generate business insights at a granular level and share the same with clusters/segments
- Collaborate with segments/clusters/product/ CS/Finance teams to ensure their participation in business governance sessions in order to identify and resolve business blockers for smooth operations.
- Business SPOC for Budgeting & forecasting exercise for VIBS
- Develop team and self through continuous training and certification thereby building capabilities, with specific focus on Business Analytics, Sales operations, Budgeting, forecasting & collaboration methods/ tools
- Business/Sales Planning, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Business analytics & reasoning skills
- Strong systems and process orientation
- Positive approach and ownership to resolve critical and important issues in a simple workable manner
- Ability to handle delivery within strict timelines desired
- Good collaboration & presentation skills desired
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any stream; Post graduation in Marketing Management desired
- Exposure in B2B sales/ sales ops/ marketing preferred
- Thorough knowledge in pre-sales, sales and CLCM systems and processes would be an added advantage
- 12+ years experience in sales/ allied function preferably with 5+ years in the telecom/service industry domain
- Prior experience in team management is a must
