Job Purpose

To provide efficient administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and manage a broad variety of administrative tasks.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Provide administrative support to the superior in data analysis & creating power point presentations
Complete variety of administrative tasks that include managing the travel plans, calendar, setting up meetings, managing expense reports etc. of the office holder
Communicate (oral & written) with senior stakeholders within and outside the organisation on behalf of the superior
Undertake projects as and when required
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment to vendors

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Excellent communication & time management skills
Min 5 years of relevant experience

Must have technical / professional qualifications
